Submit State Publications

There are two methods for submitting digital publications to the State Publications Access Program:

Preferred Method for Designated Contacts

Use the form at right to submit publications directly to the State Library.

How to Submit Publications:

  1. Using Internet Explorer as your web browser, under "Login to Submit Publications" enter your assigned User ID and password
  2. Clicking "Login" connects you to our FTP server
  3. Open the New Publications folder. (You may create new folders to organize publications, but it isn't necessary)
  4. Drag and drop as many files as you want from your computer or network into your browser window
  5. When you're finished, close the browser window to end your session
  6. Please email Annie Moots with the titles of the publications you submitted
