• Executive Order 1 - Governor Matt Blunt designates members of staff having supervisory authority over executive departments, divisions and agencies. (January 10th)

• Executive Order 2 - Governor Matt Blunt extends the deadline for the State Retirement Consolidation Commission to issue its final report and terminate operations to March 1, 2006. (January 11th)

• Executive Order 3 - Governor Matt Blunt creates and establishes the Missouri Healthcare Information Technology Task Force. (January 17th)

• Executive Order 4 - Governor Matt Blunt transfers functions, personnel, property, etc. of the Division of Finance, the State Banking Board, the Division of Credit Unions, and the Division of Professional Registration to the Department of Insurance. Renames the Department of Insurance as the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration. Effective August 28, 2006. (February 1st)

• Executive Order 5 - Governor Matt Blunt transfers functions, personnel, property, etc. of the Missouri Rx Plan Advisory Commission to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. Effective August 28, 2006. (February 1st)

• Executive Order 6 - Governor Matt Blunt transfers functions, personnel, property, etc. of the Missouri Assistive Technology Advisory Council to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Rescinds certain provisions of Executive Order 04-08. Effective August 28, 2006. (February 1st)

• Executive Order 7 - Governor Matt Blunt transfers functions, personnel, property, etc. of the Missouri Life Sciences Research Board to the Missouri Department of Economic Development. (February 1st)

• Executive Order 8 - Governor Matt Blunt dedicates and names the state office building, located at 1616 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri, in honor of George Washington Carver. (February 7th)

• Executive Order 9 - Governor Matt Blunt restructures homeland security function within the Department of Public Safety to reflect the current organization and operation. (February 10th)

• Executive Order 10 - Governor Matt Blunt establishes the Government, Faith-based and Community Partnership. (March 7th)

• Executive Order 11 - Governor Matt Blunt activates portion of the National Guard in response to severe storm aftermath. (March 13th)

• Executive Order 12 - Governor Matt Blunt declares a state of emergency and activates the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan in response to severe storm damage. (March 13th)

• Executive Order 13 - Governor Matt Blunt gives Director of Natural Resources authority to suspend regulations in the aftermath of severe storms. (March 13th)

• Executive Order 14 - Governor Matt Blunt declares State of Emergency exists due to severe storm damage, activates Emergency Operations Plan, and authorizes use of state agencies to provide support. (April 3rd)

• Executive Order 15 - Governor Matt Blunt activates the state militia in response to the aftermath of severe storms. (April 3rd)

• Executive Order 16 - Governor Matt Blunt declares State of Emergency and directs Emergency Operations Plan be activated in response to severe storms that began March 29. (April 3rd)

• Executive Order 17 - Governor Matt Blunt declares State of Emergency and directs Emergency Operations Plan be activated in response to severe storms that began March 8. (April 3rd)

• Executive Order 18 - Governor Matt Blunt authorizes certified investigators from various state agencies to temporarily exercise full state wide police authority. (April 3rd)

• Executive Order 19 - Governor Matt Blunt gives Director of Natural Resources authority to suspend regulations in the aftermath of severe storms. (April 3rd)

• Executive Order 20 - Governor Matt Blunt temporarily suspends of certain regulations and requirements for the drivers of commercial motor vehicles while they are transporting property and passengers to assist in emergency relief efforts. (April 5th)

• Executive Order 21 - Governor Matt Blunt designates members of staff as having supervisory authority over departments, divisions or agencies. (June 2nd)

• Executive Order 22 - Governor Matt Blunt transfers all tobacco settlement moneys to a single account, the Healthy Families Trust Fund. (June 22nd)

• Executive Order 23 - Governor Matt Blunt formalizes the organizational structure of the Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee and places it under the authority of the Homeland Security Advisory Council for the purpose of developing a statewide communications strategic plan. (June 27th)

• Executive Order 24 - Governor Matt Blunt establishes the Missouri Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission. (July 3rd)

• Executive Order 25 - Governor Matt Blunt declares State of Emergency and directs Emergency Operations Plan be activated in response to severe storms that began July 19. (July 20th)

• Executive Order 26 - Governor Matt Blunt activates the state militia in response to the aftermath of severe storms. (July 20th)

• Executive Order 27 - Governor Matt Blunt gives Director of Natural Resources authority to suspend regulations in the aftermath of severe storms. (July 21st)

• Executive Order 28 - Governor Matt Blunt authorizes the Director of the Department of Transportation to issue an emergency declaration and suspend regulations. (July 22nd)

• Executive Order 29 - Governor Matt Blunt authorizes the director of the Department of Transportation to temporarily suspend certain motor carrier regulations in the event of an emergency declaration. (Aug. 11)

• Executive Order 30 - Governor Matt Blunt extends the declaration of emergency through September 22, 2006, for clean up in the aftermath of severe storms that occurred on July 19 and July 21 in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. (August 18th)

• Executive Order 31 - Governor Matt Blunt declares a State of Emergency and directs the Emergency Operations Plan to be activated in response to severe storms that began September 22. (Sept. 23rd)

• Executive Order 32 - Governor Matt Blunt gives the Director of Natural Resources the authority to suspend regulations in the aftermath of severe storms that began September 22. (Sept. 26th)

• Executive Order 33 - Governor Matt Blunt orders all state employees to enable any state owned wireless telecommunications device capable of receiving text messages or e-mails to receive wireless AMBER Alerts. (Oct. 4)

• Executive Order 34 - Governor Matt Blunt amends Executive Order 03-26 relating to the duties of the Information Technology Services Division and the Information Technology Advisory Board. (Oct. 11)

• Executive Order 36 - Governor Matt Blunt creates the Interdepartmental Coordination Council for Laboratory Services and Utilization. (Oct. 11)

• Executive Order 37 - Governor Matt Blunt creates the Interdepartmental Coordination Council for Rural Affairs. (Oct. 11)

• Executive Order 45 - Governor Matt Blunt directs the Department of Social Services to prepare a quarterly Medicaid beneficiary employer report to be known as the Missouri Health Care Responsibility Report starting in 2008. (Nov. 27)

• Executive Order 46 - Governor Matt Blunt declares a State of Emergency and directs the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan to be activated due to severe weather that began on November 30, 2006.  (Dec. 1)

• Executive Order 47 - Governor Matt Blunt activates a portion of the National Guard in response to the aftermath of severe weather that began November 30.  (Dec. 1)

• Executive Order 48 - Governor Matt Blunt gives the director of the Department of Natural Resources the authority to suspend regulations in the aftermath of severe weather.  (Dec. 1)

• Executive Order 49 - Governor Matt Blunt orders the Department of Mental Health to follow the recommendations of the Mental Health Task Force to make certain no instance of abuse or neglect in public or private mental health facilities is overlooked. (Dec. 19)

• Executive Order 50 - Governor Matt Blunt extends the declaration of emergency through March 1, 2007, for clean up efforts in the aftermath of severe storms on November 30 and December 1, 2006. (Dec. 28)
